This barn includes:

** 12 bright and airy  stalls

-10 stalls with a 6ft overhang  and attached 40 ft runs

-2 indoor stalls which can be converted to a 12 x 24 foaling stall 

-all stalls have Nelson automatic waterers and rubber mats

** SECURITY CAMERAS:

One at each end of the barn and one in the arena that provide viewing access from the house

Both have separate radiant heat
