**Your horse has 24 hr access to a covered southfacing 40ft run just outside his stall.

**All stalls have rubber mats and Nelson automatic waterers.

**Owners have access to the lounge and viewing area that is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, DirectTV, wireless internet and a large restroom.

**The large, heated tack room has individual areas for each stall,  a refrigerator for medications, sink and laundry facilities.

**There are two wash bays with Kalglo heatlamps and hot water.

** A guest apartment with a full kitchen and full bath is available for temporary use should your horse need extra attention.
